Organic monovarietal of golden color with greenish tones, carefully elaborated in our farmhouse at the beginning of November with arbequina olives, our youngest variety.
In the olfactory phase, it stands out for its medium fruitiness, reminiscent of floral and fruity notes such as those of apple, banana, almond and almond blossom.
Its entry into the mouth is light with a great balance between bitter and spicy, this being very soft.
All these attributes make Bucària Arbequina a fruity, light, cheerful and highly harmonious organic EVOO.
